I am an
Hi my name is Kayleigh Webb and I'm a qualified Integrative Counsellor working with adults and young people on a one to one basis. I currently have a private practice based in South West London (easily accessible from Fulham, Putney and the surrounding areas) where I aim to provide a safe space for growth and self-discovery. All of us may experience difficulties at some point in our lives and therapy is a journey of exploring our thoughts, feelings and behavioural patterns within a non-judgmental and confidential environment.
I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical guidelines. I have worked as a counsellor for the YMCA and at a local secondary school where I helped people with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, coming to terms with grief, loss and relationship problems, among other issues, on a one to one basis.
I see each person as an individual and tailor my approach to that person, building on a foundation of trust and openness. I am able to provide long-term or short-term counselling although I usually suggest a minimum of 6 to 12 sessions to build a good working relationship in order for the sessions to be as beneficial as possible for the client.

WHAT IS AN INTEGRATIVE COUNSELLOR
Integrative counselling is a holistic therapy that takes into account one's mental, physical and emotional needs. My aim is to build a trusting and non-judgmental relationship with my clients, helping them to develop a sense of self-awareness to better understand the causes of their concerns and triggers for their behaviour. This will enable them to make positive life changes and set realistic goals for their future.
To help my client achieve this, I draw on various tools and techniques from different sources. My goal is to meet the individual needs of my clients, whether they are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma or grief.
Face to face sessions are based in a private and confidential space where a person can explore their thoughts and feelings. These sessions normally last 50 minutes and are held on a weekly basis. I charge £60 for a 50 minute session which can be transferred by bank before the session or paid by cash after each face to face session.
I offer a free 30 minute introductory consultation by phone or face to face. During this session, we will discuss any troubles you may be facing, concerns you might have, your history and what you would like to gain from therapy. We can then arrange to meet for an agreed amount of sessions to explore your current issues and work towards achieving your goals.
Due to the coronavirus, I am currently offering counselling via digital media at a discounted rate.
